On the afternoon of July 5, 2024, Director Luo Jianfeng and Deputy Secretary-General Li Shaoshan of the Zhangzhou General Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines visited Zhangzhou Qianfan Going Global (Longwen) Live Streaming Base. They had a special communication and discussion with Director Hu Hengqing, Deputy Secretary-General Zhuang Yuguang, Director Lan Zhuanghan, and Wu Jian from the Zhangzhou Liaison Office regarding the interaction between chambers of commerce and overseas Chinese merchants.

Director Luo Jianfeng of the Zhangzhou General Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines welcomed the integration of Zhangzhou Qianfan Going Global (Longwen) Live Streaming Base into the chamber of commerce group. He stated that with overseas Chinese as the medium, cross-border investment promotion activities should combine "online and offline" methods, maintain close liaison between "domestic and foreign" liaison offices, and be safeguarded by chambers of commerce and associations. Overseas Chinese merchants have mature experience in overseas market demands and on-site conditions abroad, which can assist in ensuring the project safety of enterprises going global and carry forward the spirit of "passing on, helping, and guiding".

They introduced the live streaming base through the model of "online promotion + physical product selection showroom". By leveraging the new foreign trade format and the online Silk Road, samples and materials of various manufacturers are sent to overseas Chinese merchants for market product selection expansion, reducing the communication costs in the cross-border product selection process and doing a good job as a local service provider.
